It was fairly clean and quirky hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of outstanding options, and was great value for money. Very diligent staff and the location was excellent and absolutely perfect. The place was close to Miller and Carter, where you can have dinner. The provided service was excellent! Besides, there was parking on street.

The breakfast was great value for money and savoury at least eggs or bacon and great value. The location was absolutely perfect and I could use private parking on street. This property was in an extremely nice area next to Edinburgh Waverley, the tram which is 400 m from Gyle Centre station and a pleasant business park. I was there before and would love to return.
